Google Project Fi
Customer satisfaction is abysmal in the category of phone carriers. Luckily Google set out to change that with Project Fi, their new wireless phone plan. So for its launch, we created an idea that would lift it above the industry’s noise by not only speaking to Project Fi’s features, but cementing how the plan makes you feel through satisfying visuals, soothing voices, and ASMR sounds.
